Orders
● Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
● Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart” Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.
● On the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
● Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen.
● Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
Once the package is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
If you haven’t received a tracking number or the tracking information is inaccurate, please send us an email.
Please contact customer service as soon as possible, providing your order number and the correct shipping address.
We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is shipped. However, once you receive the order confirmation email, you may not be able to change the shipping address as we will start processing your order immediately.

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered in advance by the carrier. If you’ve received the delivery notification email but haven’t gotten the package yet,
we recommend checking the GPS feature of the USPS/FedEx delivery vehicle — this feature may automatically update the package status to "Delivered" ahead of time. Please wait 2-3 business days, as the package might have been incorrectly marked as delivered and will arrive the next day.

- Shipping time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
